Hi, we are thinking of renting out our villa in Aiguablava and need someone to hold keys and see to the change over day - cleaning of house, changing beds - dealing with laundry ( sheets and towels ).
Ideally someone who speaks a little English and can hold keys and possibly help sort out maintenance issues in our absence .

Hi, we have recently built a house near Begur and paying the local SUMA/IBA. However, since the house has been completed this has gone up by 300% I assume as previously it was taxed as a plot of land . I am concerned that the local Begur council have invented a value for our house and are charging accordingly . How much is charged on the value of a property ? how can I get the council to reveal what they have valued the property at ? Last year I paid around €1300

Hi I will be in Begur for six weeks holiday in May and June and will be travelling with a Jack Russel and a Cocker Spanial.
I need to fly back to London for a wedding on the 23 May and I am looking to board the two dogs in one kennel from 22nd to 28th of May 2017. I would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Hi, Just thought people might like to know that the C.A.P. in Palafrugell is fantastic. Went there last week with an eye problem, was helped within an hour by very competent medical staff who all spoke English. Treatment was free with my Dutch insurance card.
