My wife and I are planning to stay in Begur (or nearby) for 2-3 months in 2026 (May -July). We will have our dog with us and we're wondering how dog friendly the nearby beaches are for that period? If beaches are not dog friendly are there any local forests, parks, trails etc to ensure we can give him a good daily run?

Hi there

My husband and I are arriving in Begur on Saturday, 5th April where we will be staying until 14th June. We came for a similar period last year, when I started weekly spanish lessons with a teacher in Palafrugell, with whom I will be restarting lessons upon our return.

I would like to know whether there are any groups that meet up to improve their spanish, say over a coffee or individuals that would be interested in doing so.

I am looking to store a suitcase for a while, as near to Sant Feliu de Guixols as possible. It would mainly be stuff I don't want to have to cart to/from the UK on a regular basis *Computer keyboard, screen, seasonal clothing, nothing exciting, certainly not illegal !!!
