Hello there - sadly on arrival into Begur on Friday, while we were waiting to check into our apartment, our hire car was broken into and all our luggage was stolen. Our youngest daughter’s red rucksack was also taken which contained hers and our oldest daughter’s favourite, treasured and lifelong cuddly toys.  These are quite literally members of our family and we are heartbroken. We can accept all our clothes, personal possessions and toiletries have gone but we desperately want these little cuddlies back.  We are hoping that they may have been discarded locally and would ask people to bear this message in mind when out walking the dog, etc. Apparently our car was the second car to be broken into on Friday. Please please help. 

How can I avoid paying monthly bank account fees as I have just purchased a house in lloret de Mar and which bank can provide this service. Thanks

Can anyone tell me if the Stella Maris Hotel on Avenida Villa De Madrid 18 Blanes 17300 is the old Blanes Hotel.  Or if not, which hotel it was and which year it changed its name.  My husband visited the Blanes Hotel in 1967 with his family and he feels that the Stella Maris looks like the one he remembers.

Would be grateful for any information.

Hey! I have been coming to L’escala for years and I came to see family but my chronic illnesses are meaning I’m going to have fly home to london earlier than I had planned, on the UKgov website it says that any negative test (not just PCR) is allowed on re entry… but I can’t find any information on where to get any tests done and for how much?
