how can i contact someone, i have dropped phone on beach yesterday?

I have lost my phone at tossa de mar. no stealing i guess. i could haveb probably dropped it yesterday. who should i contact to? i have already reported it to barcelona police. platja grana is the place i dropped it. i am going back to my home country turkey today.
