Big problem with a boat broker

Hi

Please,i need your help,advice....

We bought a sailing boat in july from winrose broker.....discovered that the bill of sale was not right.many issues with the boat,all kind of things broken or not working propely.

Plus he took 12500€ without declaring it...

He refuses any contact with us after we discovered a crack in some aft panels.

We are in sicily trying to fix the boat 

Please we need some advice ,who to contact or what step should we have to take ????
