A friend of ours in L’Escala has informed us that there appears to be someone living in our villa, due to Covid-19 we have been unable to travel to L’Escala since late 2019. Any ideas on how to proceed, we understand that this is happening a lot in the area.
Call the guardia civil or police and file a complaint for allanamiento de morada.( breaking and entering)
