As a brit who has been visiting Llança for the past13 years I have spent a lot of time trying to find a decent solution to my internet needs. I don't do social media but do use google a lot (recipes etc) but my main use is for UK TV.

Since Astra2 was moved to "narrow the beam" the size of dish required made it impractible for me to use satellite.

My neighbour kindly lets me use his ADSL service but at less than 1MB speed it isn't ideal.

I do have a solution which is based on a UK home server and access through my UK mobile phone data package which, depending on my viewing activity, I can top up as required at a reasonable price.

Another UK guy whom I have meet has a huge data package on his smart phones and he too uses the freedom offered by current EU legislation re UK smart phone usage in Europe.

Hi, we are bringing our dogs to Llanca for 3 weeks in May and need them treated for tapeworm before we travel back to the UK. Has anyone used the vets in Llanca to do this?

We will be on holiday during August in Port de la Selva.  We use a small luggage trailer (une remorque) and I would like some information as to where I might store it for a week, as there is no additional parking available for the rental property.  I've been looking for caravan storage facilities, but unfortunately I don't speak Spanish or Catalan so local internet searches have been a bust.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
