Family Lifestyle Living in Tossa?

Hello all!
We are considering a move to live year round in Tossa (centre or Santa Maria de Llorell) but have a 7 year old. Our 7 yr old speaks French & English, a little Catalan & Spanish. Wondering if there are other families living in Tossa year round or is it mostly holiday makers in summers?
