Can anyone recommend: Someone who will care for my dog in their home, 28th July for 7 days and nights

Hi
My husband and I are travelling in our camper van through France with our small friendly female dog. We have been invited to stay at a house in Porte De La Selva for one week from 28th July, but the property owner will not accept dogs.
My dog is a 3 year old cross breed, half whippet. She is very easy and very friendly to other dogs and people. She is not good with cats. She is fully vaccinated and insured.
Does anyone care for dogs in their own home?
