SUMA / IBI: how much should be charged on the value of a property?

Hi, we have recently built a house near Begur and paying the local SUMA/IBA. However, since the house has been completed this has gone up by 300% I assume as previously it was taxed as a plot of land . I am concerned that the local Begur council have invented a value for our house and are charging accordingly . How much is charged on the value of a property ? how can I get the council to reveal what they have valued the property at ? Last year I paid around €1300
