Hello. I am thinking of buying property on the Costa Brava but I'm concerned with the political situation. I understand lots of properties are for sale because the possibility of property taxes going up. Thanks.

Property tax is much cheaper here than the UK so I find it hard to imagine people would sell because of possible talk of taxes increasing.
Taxes always increase at some point, from what you say, it sounds like its typical scaremongering expat talk.
However, in the rare case its true and 100s are for sale, you'll get a bargain which will pay of the extra increase in tax.
