It is certainly all around Begur now. Installed by Chilean workers(?) by Movistar.
You also can get free installation if you sign up for the movistar movie package, at a special intro offer for 2 months. Then you can cancel the movie element and go back to Netflix at fibre download speeds. ;) GL
