How to stay in Spain as spouse of an EU citizen

Hi, very confused and looking for guidance to stay in Spain as the wife of an Italian. We were here last year and planning to return to UK in November 2020, but due to Covid have stayed in L'Escala. Now looking for the best way to be here legally as the wife of an EU citizen. Any advice on papers and procedures and where I need to gowould be most welcome. Very confused!!!!
