Pet passport

I am looking for a vet in roses or surrounding area who could issue a dog eu pet passport with a 3 year rabies jab, any help would be greatly appreciated

⁹We used the vet in Cadaqués she speaks very good English and was very helpful it is in the main street as you go in ,we will be getting our 3 years Rabies vaccination booster here in September
