Transport from Barcelona airport to Palamos

Hi
My name is Christine I live in Manchester in the UK and I need to go to Spain before or after Christmas due to a bereavement.
I am more than likely traveling on my own and could someone recommend the best and not too expensive way to get from the Barcelona airport to Palamos or better still Lafosca and back.
