Legal help needed with unreasonable Landlord!

I am an ex pat EFL Teacher living in an apartment in Lloret. I have major issues with my Landlord the place is not fit to live in, infestation of Cochroaches, damp, and numerous other issues and it is not keeping to the contract despite lots of messages and promises (this has gone on since August) and I need a Solicitor to issue a legal letter. Is there a firm or person I can have to do this for me or someone on here that can help at all? I am desperate!!
