Hi All,
Has anyone got any experience in arranging to have broadband installed at their property? If so, where did you start? Which company did you contact?
All advice is greatly appreciated!!

Hi Joe. It depends where you are in Roses. They have been installing cable in and around the town but if you're up in the hills cable hasn't been routed yet. We're up Puig Rom and originally started with Inforcelra (who beam broadband via wimax dishes) and you can get up to 40Mb (but it's slightly temperamental in rain). As we work here we needed better so had fibre installed (they run fibre via the power cables) and we get 500Mb and it's 99% reliable.

If you're in the town then Movistar, Orange, Vodafone, and MásMóvil have shops and can provide good packages.
