Looking for English speaking solar expert

I live 20 kilometers West of Girona and need a reliable solar company. I have 9 solar panels Victron equipment, 5 batteries and a large generator. The current installing company does not speak English, has been here 50+ hours over the last year installing and troubleshootung and the system is still malfunctioning.
