Hi,
I am very interested in purchasing a property in Empuriabrava with a mooring. I am just looking for any information regarding the associated costs with doing this, i.e. communal fees, mooring fees, and any other information you may think is relevant.

I strongly suggest that you contact Irène Donate (http://www.irenegestions.com/). She advertises in the British Society of Catalunya (Roses Bay) bulletin. She's Empuriabrava-based and my wife & I bought our house (in Pau) through her and she did an excellent job for a very moderate fee. She also sorts out a great many bureaucratic issues (of which Spanish life is full) with great competence.
You should probably also join the BSC, which is only €20 p.a. per couple and provides a great intro into the Anglophone community in the area ([email protected]).
