Advice please regarding access to Health Care

Good morning,
My wife and I are retired and currently living in France. However, we are seriously considering moving to Spain. The biggest question is access to Health Care in the event of a No Deal Brexit. If we have purchased a property before 31st October I understand that we can apply for Residency status but what would our position be regarding health?
Any advice would be gratefully received.
