We have a property in Begur that we bought a year ago and come out as and when we can as still working. However, we won't be here in July.
Take a look at U3A Costa Brava https://u3acostabrava.org/
It appears to be a very active group, including cycling, walking etc.
Good luck with your property hunt in July, Begur is such a great place.
