Every article we read advises finding a good lawyer to act on our behalf and not use one recommended by the estate agent that is selling us the plot of land.
Can anyone offer the name of a good, honest,economical lawyer?

We have just bought in Tossa and we used E&G solicitors in Spain. They have bases in both London and Spain. We cant rate them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone. Google for the website. Good luck.

Hi Alan,
We used Anna Abad (platja d’aro) for our purchase in Pals. Without her help and experience, we wouldn’t have secured our property as the risk was too great. Anna was tenacious, experienced and would not let us proceed until she was 100% satisfied everything was in order. She continues to advise us on property matters, including extensions requirements and legal matters. She was listed as a recommended practitioner on a UK govt ‘buying abroad’ website.
