Non-Resident Income Tax

We bought our property in 2018 and do not rent it out, so we have no income in Spain. We were not aware until end of 2020 that we need to submit an annual tax return in Spain and pay “ second home tax “ We read how to do it on a number of forums and completed self assessment form210 for the past 3 years and submitted them on AEAT website in January. The tax payments haven’t been taken from our bank to date.

We are coming out to Spain next week and was wondering if there is a local Tax office we can visit to go through our submission and sort the payments out at?

Our Spanish is fairly limited (we are taking lessons) so an office with English speakers would be good.

We would also be interested if anyone has advise how we can sort this online or via telephone?
