Hi there,

I’m travelling from the UK and staying in Albons in September for 2 weeks. Before returning to the UK I my dog needs to have a worming treatment which needs to be stamped and verified in his pet passport. I have emailed a veterinarian clinic twice in L’Escala but have had no reply.

I would like to make sure I can make an appointment before I travel,

Can anyone help?

Many thanks,

Elaine

Hello Elaine,

I don't know which vet you tried in L'Escala but I know that there is a branch of the Gomis vets there (at Carrer L'ave Maria, 15 LOCAL 17130 L'Escala.)We use their Empuriabrava branch and find that they are very helpful (& speak English). For something so simple, you could probably just turn up during their opening hours, though a phone call to 972 770323 the day before wouldn't hurt. Google says they're open Mon-Fri 11am to 2pm & 5pm to 8pm as well as Saturday 11am-2pm.

That’s fab, thank you so much for your help and all the info. I had emailed Serveis Veterinaris. I will definitely go to the one you suggested,

Thanks again,

Elaine
